POLICIES & PROCEDURES
At Leo Aesthetics, we value your time and ours. To ensure fairness to all clients and to maintain a smooth schedule, we ask that you review and respect the following policies and procedures.
Appointment Cancellations
We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment may result in a cancellation fee of $50 or forfeiture of deposit (if applicable).
Appointments booked same-day must be canceled at least 3 hours in advance to avoid charges.
No-Shows
Clients who fail to show up for a scheduled appointment without notice will be charged a no-show fee of $75 or 100% of the treatment cost, depending on the service booked. Repeat no-shows may result in restricted booking privileges or a requirement to prepay for future services.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Clients who arrive more than 10 minutes late may have their service time reduced or be asked to reschedule, and a late fee may apply.
Deposits
Select treatments require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied to your service at the time of your appointment. Deposits will be forfeited if the appointment is canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or in the event of a no-show.
Group Appointments or Packages
For group bookings or treatment packages, we may require 48-hour notice for changes or cancellations. Separate cancellation policies may apply for events, memberships, or pre-paid series of treatments.

Exceptions
We understand that life happens. In cases of emergency or illness, please contact us as soon as possible, and we may waive the fee at our discretion.
