By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

2. Appointment Policies

Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel your appointment less than 48 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you will be subject to a charge of $50. To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide cancellation notice at least 48 hours prior to your appointment.

3. SMS Messaging Terms

By opting in to receive SMS messages from Leo Aesthetics, you agree to receive text messages related to:

• Appointment reminders

• Promotional offers

• Follow-up communications

• Review requests

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. For assistance, reply HELP or contact us at 512-913-4225.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to receive SMS messages is not required as a condition of purchasing services.

By receiving services from Leo Aesthetics, you acknowledge and accept that:

You are responsible for following all pre- and post-treatment instructions.

In no event shall the total liability of Leo Aesthetics for any claim arising out of or relating to services provided exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
